Returns
Item(s) can be returned for the reasons including defective, damaged, expired, missing item, not as advertised, incorrect item delivered, size does fit and change of mind, which means customers order any item(s) and changed their mind not to take the item(s) for the reason(s) other than the reasons mentioned before. To be eligible for return, returned item(s) and its packages must be in the conditions according to the below guideline:
1. Returned item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
2. Item(s) and its accessories must all be returned. (free gift, accessorie ins, original packaging)
3. Item(s) must be returned to Manomãn Thailand within 14 days from the received date.
